(item description)This sassy little number was re-purposed out a thrift store find! It used to be kitchen curtains, but I "poppinized" it and voila - adorable kitchen wear!
I love this fabric, it's a sturdy canvas cotton, and very retro! Red satin ribbon makes the ruffle and flower and I used extra to make sure that the bow in back was a good size!
This would also fit a small or medium woman easy since the apron body is 22 inches, however I made it with a large, extra large or even 2x woman in mind. I'm not a little girl and I made this series of aprons, with the curvy girl in mind! I'm an 18/20 and it covered me easily hip to hip!
wash in cold water, hang to dry (it probably could be washed in warm and thrown in the dryer... but I'd rather have it longer!

I don't know how old these are, but to use the word vintage it's supposed to be at least 20 years old, I am assuming these are. I layered the curtains for extra flounce and then added some light blue organza to add some more body and ruffle! The lace and checkered print is adorable. I used grossgrain ribbon for an easy bow that would stay tied, I didn't want to detract from the front.
This will fit a small to a large or extra large depending on how you wear your aprons. Body of apron measures 16 inches
wash in cold water, hang to dry (it probably could be washed in warm and thrown in the dryer... but I'd rather have it last longer since it's "vintage"!)

(item description)This is probably my favorite project so far! it was an odd pair of plaid little girls 4T pants that were.... ugly. I reconstructed them into this darling ONE OF A KIND skirt.
the unfinished edges keep it casual, while the ruffle on the butt and hint of antique lace in the front makes it whimsical! Elastic waist band is hidden by sewn in place lace belt that hangs down one side. Measures 14 inches waist to hem (although technically skirt is a size 4T, model wearing is a girls size 6)

we got a Roomba for Christmas and OH MY GOODNESS I'm in love. We named her Rosario (Rosie for short), and my husband thinks the kids and I are slave drivers!

(item description)I'm gonna say it.... I LOVE THIS SKIRT! it was a pair of boys size 14 jeans (30 inch waist) that has the adjustable elastic inside to fit just about any smaller waist size, yay!
the rip right up the the thigh was not intentional and the boy who owned them.... we will just call him Dallin, is a very lucky boy! I think their history now makes them LUCkY!
I added some gathers at the kick pleat and a ruffle to give it some extra flair at the bottom and the back long than the front to accentuate it. the ruffle under the butt is sooooo cute!
according to size charts this should be a womens medium or about a size 10.

We used a plastic floral accessory I used a sealer on it to make sure that everything stays where it is supposed to. I used felt on the inside of the thin metal headband so there wouldn't be any irritation to your head.

I loved the fall colors on the cotton canvas and tried to keep it as unisex as I could with muted grossgrain ribbon.
Easy to wear,
(pic 2)hold behind you like you would your bath towel at the waist.
(pic 3) Fold the left side (without the ribbon) first snug to you right hip,
(pic 4) then the right side across. I put elastic in the waist band to make sure that it would have a nice grip. Wrap the cream ribbon all the way around and finish bringing the green ribbon around and tie on your left hip!
should fit a mens or women's size large. Waist will fit 30 - 36 inches
wash in cold water, hang to dry.

(item description)I cut up strips and strips of old t-shirts and I came up with this beautiful headpiece. AND believe it or not, it is extremely comfortable, it fits like a glove!
yes this headband is huge on her head, but she was the only one willing to hold still for a picture, I was thinking more along the lines of and adult bridal head ;)
It took me longer to do this one that it did to do every other head band combined, but I think it was worth it!
The rosettes are not snow white, the fabrics I used were from several different shirts that had been washed many times.
I hand sewed the pearl beads, and heart charm on to give it a more elegant look.
