    How do I order a product using my own artwork?
Please fill out the order form on any product page. You must submit your artwork using one of our templates & convert all text to outlines. Once we approve the setup, we will invoice you via PayPal. If any work needs to be done to correct the print parameters, this will constitute a small $10 fee. It usually takes 1-2 days for products to print and ship. We will email you a SHIP eLERT® so you may track your order online.
     
    How do I order a custom designed product?
Please fill out the order form on any product page. Feel free to attach images for examples and please be descriptive as possible. We will contact you and go over any details before we begin creating your artwork. You will receive a PDF proof to verify before we go to print. It usually takes 1-2 days for products to print and ship. We will email you a SHIP eLERT® so you may track it online.
     
    Can I order 250 Business Cards?
Yes. We have added SHORT RUN business cards. Sorry we do not offer rounded corners for short runs.
     
    Can I order a larger run on a product?
Please contact us if you desire a larger run than what is listed on our Product Pages.
     
    What is the pricing for each product?
Each Product Page has the prices listed. There are no hidden fees for shipping as UPS Ground Shipping is included in the price for domestic orders.
     
    Do you provide next day delivery?
Yes. Please contact us and tell us your zip code. "Next Day Turn-Around" cut-off time is 9 a.m. so your artwork must be approved prior to this time.
     
    Will Right On Graphics ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Our shipping service, UPS, will not ship to P.O. Box addresses and therefore, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
     
    What type of files can I send to Right On Graphics?
You may send .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .tif, .tiff, .eps, and .ai - We recommend saving as a .PDF
We prefer that you send .PDF and .EPS files with outlined fonts.
These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround.
Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
   
    What color mode should my files be?
You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.
   
    What resolution should my file be?
We only accept 300 dpi files and no less.
Low resolution files may be printed as is or will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turnaround.
   
    How should I set up my bleed and crop marks?
Bleed must extend further than the cut line.
Using our Right On Graphics Templates can help visualize this.
Please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least .125" away from the cut line.
When sending an .eps or .pdf, make sure you include crop marks so we can cut the job correctly.
   
    Does Right On Graphics accept borders on jobs?
Yes, but if the border is too close to the cutline, it may be cut off-center slightly.
We cut through many sheets at a time, so watch your borders to avoid an unwanted mistake.
